We are excited to offer the local community a thorough and very hands-on experience in crafting and baking the classic French Baguette! We decided that this will be a fun, interesting, and informative way to launch 2025. Baguettes are loved by everyone. After a few hours of learning, forming and shaping you are going to love them even more 😂. It is challenging, but possible. When you learn the technics it will be so easy for you to make garlic bread with YOUR OWN baguette and surprise your family and friends.

This workshop will be a good source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers. Unlike the virtual workshops, this class will be a very hands-on experience. Each participant will craft and bake 2 (two) baguettes and together we guide you through dough development, final forming and baking. This personal interaction is very helpful and essential.
What you will learn:
– kneading, dough development, forming, scoring and baking
– the importance of dough temperatures
– baker’s math overview
– the importance and function of pre-fermented dough
– necessary baking accessories
What to bring:
– a notepad and a pen to make notes
– an apron
– the desire and motivation to learn something new
