Join us for our most popular class! Bread, pancakes, waffles, buns… there are so many delicious recipes you can make with your own healthy sourdough starter that is ready to go when you want. This workshop will be a great source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers. Unlike the virtual workshops, this class will be very hands-on with much individual personal interaction, and we guide you through the entire process – from dough development to baking.

What you will learn and do during the workshop:
– overview of flours
– how to create and perpetuate a living wheat sourdough starter
– troubleshooting
– baker’s math overview
– kneading, folding, forming, scoring and baking

What to bring:
– A notepad and a pen to make notes
– An apron
– A desire and motivation to learn new things

Register and pay online to secure your place. (Please indicate the participant’s full name in the comments box.) All Ingredients and printed instructions ( including recipe) are provided by the bakery and each participant will leave with a sourdough loaf and sourdough starter.

Dough is a living thing and goes by its own schedule so we kindly ask you reserve extra 30 minutes if needed.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration 7 (seven) days or less before the scheduled workshop date we will not be able to provide a refund.

Please wear clothes that will be comfortable for baking.
