Because of popular demand our Focaccia Bread Workshop is returning! Mastering focaccia will allow you to be creative and to experiment with different toppings. At this workshop we will be baking rosemary focaccia with olive oil. Focaccia is a unique bread with an interesting history. It’s an ancient flat bread whose origins go back as far as the 2nd century B.C. with the Etruscan civilization in the lands of present-day Italy. Interestingly, the name itself comes from the word focus, meaning baked by a fireplace or a hearth – a focal place for the family and the community.

So let’s have some fun!

What to bring:
– a notepad and a pen to make notes
– an apron
– the desire and motivation to learn new things

To secure your place, please register and pay. If you paying for someone else, please indicate the participant’s full name in the comments box. All ingredients are provided by the bakery, and each participant will leave with the tray of focaccia bread that they themselves created. So please wear clothes that will be comfortable for baking.
