Country Loaf Bread formulas can differ from country to country, even from baker to baker! Baker Jim Haas from Rise Up Bakery will guide you through a good rustic round loaf formula, explaining and teaching the essential baking processes and techniques used by home bakers and aspiring professional bakers alike. Like all the baking workshops at Rise Up Bakery, it will be very “hands-on”, so be prepared to really get your hands into the dough!
What to bring:
• a face cover
• a notepad and a pen to make notes (but we can provide paper and pencils if you need)
• an apron
• a good mood and desire to learn new things
You will be working with flour, so please dress accordingly.
