Rise Up Bakery invites you to learn how to bring a little taste of Italy right into your home. Our four-hour workshop will teach you the steps to make this popular bread with a light and airy crumb that you can enjoy with your salads or with endless varieties of bruschetta . This workshop will be a good source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers.

What will you learn:
● wet dough: developing, mixing and kneading it
● baking with pre-fermented dough and the principle variants
● baker’s math
● flour overview, differences, qualities, benefits
● accessories for home baking ciabatta and bread storing tips

Everyone will make their 2 loaves of ciabatta to take home.

What to bring:
● notepad and a pen to take notes
● an apron
● a good mood and desire to learn something new

Dough is a living thing and goes by its own schedule so we kindly ask you reserve extra 30 minutes if needed.

To secure a spot please register and pay online. If you are paying for someone else please indicate the participant’s full name in the comments box. Ingredients and all printed materials are provided by the bakery.

Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your registration, you are entitled to a full refund upon a minimum 14-day notice (minus any applicable PayPal fees). If your cancellation is between 14 and 4 days, we can offer the full refund (minus PayPal fees) if we can fill your spot at the workshop. If less than 4 days we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund
