Italian CLASSIC CIABATTA bread

Buongiorno signore e signori. You are welcome to learn how to bring a little taste of Italy right  in your home. Our 4-hour workshop will  you help you to make this popular light bread with uneven crumb that you can enjoy with your salads or  million varieties of bruschetta . This workshop given by Rise Up Bakery master baker Jim Haas will be a good source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers.

What will you learn and do during the baking workshop:

  • What is poolish,
  • types of flour exist, difference between them
  • Equipment/accessories needed for ciabatta for home baking
  • Forming technics
  • Baking ciabatta in the wood fired oven
  • How to store your bread
