Buongiorno signore e signori. You are welcome to learn how to bring a little taste of Italy right in your home. Our 4-hour workshop will you help you to make this popular light bread with uneven crumb that you can enjoy with your salads or million varieties of bruschetta . This workshop given by Rise Up Bakery master baker Jim Haas will be a good source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers.

- types of flour exist, difference between them
- Equipment/accessories needed for ciabatta for home baking
- Forming technics
- Baking ciabatta in the wood fired oven
- How to store your bread
