You are welcome to learn how to bring a little taste of Italy right into your home. Our 5- hour workshop will help you to make this popular light bread with uneven crumb that you can enjoy with your salads or million varieties of bruschetta . This workshop, given by Rise Up Bakery master baker Jim Haas, will be a good source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers.
