The smell of homemade bread is very inviting and warming to your family, and knowing how to make bread from scratch allows you to bake it during the day with the size and shape you want using the ingredients you and your family like the most.
This workshop given by Rise Up Bakery baker Jim Haas will be a good source of knowledge for people who love to bake.

– Making simple “straight dough” breads

– Kneading technique

– How to store your bread at home
