We are excited to offer a focaccia bread workshop! Mastering focaccia will allow you to be creative and to experiment with different toppings; at this workshop, you will learn rosemary focaccia with olive oil. Focaccia is a unique bread with an interesting history. It’s an ancient flatbread whose origins go back as far as the 2nd century B.C. with the Etruscan civilization in the lands of present day Italy. Interestingly, the name itself comes from the word focus, meaning baked by a fireplace or a hearth – a focal place for the family and the community.

So let’s have some fun!

What to bring:
– a notepad and a pen to make notes
– an apron
– the desire and motivation to learn new things

Please register and pay online. If you are paying for someone else, please indicate the participant’s full name in the comments box. All ingredients are provided by the bakery, and each participant will leave with the focaccia bread that they themselves created. We suggest that you wear clothes comfortable for baking.
